Htipiti: Greek sauce according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Colombian-born Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for a delicious Greek khtopiti sauce made from roasted peppers, nuts, and cheese. It will be perfect with crusty bread!

Ingredients:
– Bell pepper – 3 pcs.
– Walnut – 30 grams;
– Feta – 50 grams;
– Garlic – 5 grams;
– Greek yogurt – 20 ml;
– Lemon juice – 10 ml;
– Cilantro – 5 grams;
– Bread.
Method of cooking:
Drizzle the whole peppers with olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until tender. Chop the peppers, blend them in a blender with nuts, feta pieces, garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Garnish with small pieces of pepper, feta, and parsley, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy with bread!
