Delicious dessert: apple blondies with cinnamon


Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of “MasterChef. “Battle of the Seasons” on STB, Hector Jimenez-Bravo showed how to prepare a delicious dessert.


  • 2 small apples;
  • 20 grams of brown sugar;
  • Dry ginger;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the dough:

  • 85 grams of soft butter;
  • 80 grams of brown sugar;
  • 50 grams of white sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 hour l of vanilla extract;
  • 105 grams of flour;
  • 15 grams of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

How to cook a delicious apple blondie with cinnamon:  

Cut apples into cubes, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, add dry ginger. Mix well. Prepare the dough: sprinkle butter with brown and white sugar, add egg, mix. Pour vanilla extract into the dough, add flour. Mix well with a whisk. Add apples to the dough, mix. Put the dough in a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until done. Cut it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy a delicious dessert!
