Hector Jimenez-Bravo and Oleksandr Gorchakov prepared a new recipe for a rather simple but tasty dish – chicken with vegetables.


Chicken thigh – 500 g of ram.

Bulgarian pepper – 150 g of ram.

Zucchini – 150 g of ram.

Onions – 150 g rams.

Eggplant – 150 g rams.

Tomatoes – 200 g rams.

Butter – 40 g of ram.

Tomato paste – 20 g rams.

Garlic – 40 g of rams.

Cheese sauce – 50 g of rum.

Method of cooking:

Marinate the chicken and thighs in spices to your taste. Set the appropriate cooking mode for vegetables and myasa Or choose one of them. Put the marinated ani thighs on the bottom of the multicooker. Add chopped onion, garlic, potatoes, sweet pepper, zucchini and eggplant on top. When the vegetables release juice, add tomatoes or tomato paste to the slow cooker. 10 minutes before readiness, open the lid of the multicooker so that excess moisture evaporates. You can add cheese sauce for taste.
