Baked pork with bulgur according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
The recipe for a delicious dish from the Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur and judge of MasterChef. Professionals”-4 on STB by Hector Jimenez-Bravo, is simple and quick to prepare.
“If you don’t have much time to prepare lunch or dinner, I suggest you try pork with bulgur in the oven: mix everything, put it in a baking bag and sit on the chili while the dish is cooking,” the chef commented.
Ingredients:
- Juicy Pork Seasoning – 1 pack;
- Pork neck – 200 grams;
- Mustard – 1-2 tablespoons;
- Bulgur – 100 grams;
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc;
- Apple – 1 pc;
- Blue onions – half a head;
- Celery root – 20 grams;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Water – 300 ml;
- Arugula – 5 leaves.
Recipe for baked pork with bulgur: cooking method:
Everything is very simple! Add mustard and ½ packet of seasoning to the meat. Put bulgur and diced pepper, apple, onion, celery root, garlic, and half the seasoning into a baking bag that comes with the Juicy Pork seasoning, and top with the meat. Pour water over everything and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
