Yevhen Klopotenko offered to cook the same dish, but according to an authentic recipe.

Ukrainian vinaigrette: ingredients:
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Beets – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Beans – 100 grams.
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Sweet mustard – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 80 ml.
  • Fenugreek.
Method of cooking:

To make Ukrainian vinaigrette, take two potatoes, two beets and one carrot, bake in the oven for about one hour and 20 minutes until the beets are done. Take the vinegar, sweet mustard, and oil, and stir everything well with a whisk. Next, take the vegetables, dice them, and pour them with our sauce. At the end, add boiled beans for flavor, which should be boiled for about an hour and 20 minutes beforehand. To give the vinaigrette a good flavor, take the fenugreek spice. You need to grind it in a mortar and strain it through a sieve. Half a teaspoon of fenugreek will change the flavor of Ukrainian vinaigrette very well. Bon appetit!
