Anita Lutsenko talks about Jennifer Lopez’s diet

“Her ideal morning starts with a 5 km run, and breakfast consists of a protein shake and fruit. The basis of the star’s diet is fish (mostly salmon), poultry, pork, and vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus). Nuts are a snack,” writes trainer Anita Lutsenko.

Jennifer Lopez’s lunch is a salmon fillet with a vegetable salad (broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini with vinaigrette dressing). For dinner, you can have rice or sweet potatoes with beans, as well as pork or chicken. Jennifer Lopez’s last meal is usually at 18:30.

“J.Lo has given up caffeine (she chooses decaf), carbonated drinks, and only allows herself champagne on holidays…. The artist’s diet includes lean proteins, complex carbohydrates (brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes), healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables. Once a week, J.Lo can afford something sweet. For example, ice cream or her favorite oatmeal cookies with chocolate🍪,” added the expert of the show “Weighted and Happy”.
