Cupcakes with raspberries in a hurry

His own recipe for a light and tasty dessert for tea was shared bynational chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of the show “MasterChef. Battle of the seasons” on STB Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
“When you are your own boss, you can invent masterpieces from any ingredients. And I had dough and raspberries. A quick recipe when the guests are already on the way, and you only had time to clean up, ” – shares Hector.
Ingredients:
- Raspberries – 300 grams;
- Butter – 50 grams;
- Powdered sugar – 20-30 grams;
- Unleavened dough – 1 pack;
- Powder for decoration.
Method for making cupcakes with raspberries:
Place parchment in a muffin tin. Beat raspberries with an immersion blender. Add raspberries (passed through a sieve beforehand) to butter and powdered sugar. Beat well with a whisk. We roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, grease it with the prepared filling. We twist the dough into a “sausage”, cut it into portioned pieces, make an incision in the middle of each one and form a cupcake, put it in a mold, grease the dough with olive oil. Bake in the oven until ready at 180 degrees. Decorate with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries. You can also try it with your favorite jam. Bon appetit!
