Breakfast from the chef: prepare scrambled avocado toast

“Yes, who needs breakfast from the chef?) The main thing to know is that you need to eat very carefully, because you can eat your tongue, ” Hector notes.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Butter – 30 grams.
- Avocado – 1 pc.
- Tomato – 20 grams.
- Blue onion – 10 grams.
- Olive oil – 5 grams.
- Lemon juice.
- Red pepper.
- Bacon is fried.
- Sour cream – 20 grams.
- Toast – 1 pc.
- Cilantro.
Method of cooking:
Prepare the filling: pepper and salt avocado halves without skin, add chopped blue onion, tomato and red pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Knead well with a fork to a homogeneous consistency. Toast the bread in butter, leave the toast on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Prepare the scramble: beat the eggs in a saucepan, add the butter, stir constantly until cooked over medium heat. Cook to a creamy consistency. In a plate, mix the scramble with sour cream and chopped bacon. Spread the filling and scramble with bacon on the bread, garnish with cilantro. Bon appetit!
