Top 5 avocado dishes: pasta with avocado sauce

Ingredients:

Spaghetti – 250 g;
Avocado – 2 pcs;
Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Garlic – 1 tooth;
Hard cheese is to your liking;
Salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender. Drain in a colander. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, take out the flesh and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Avocado and tuna salad

Ingredients:

Avocado – 1 pc;
Tomato – 1 pc;
Tuna in oil – 1 can;
Arugula – 1 bunch;
Olive oil – 1 tsp;
Lemon juice – 1 hour.
Salt and pepper to taste;
Garlic – 1 tooth.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, mash it and mash it with a fork. Drizzle with lemon juice, add 2 tbsp of olive oil, squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Scald the tomato with boiling water, then immediately transfer it to ice water and peel off the skin. Remove the juice and seeds, and cut the flesh into cubes.

Assemble the salad in a round shape. Put the avocado on the bottom, then the tomatoes and the canned tuna on top. It is best to buy tuna in pieces. Toast with avocado and ricotta

Ingredients:

Bran bread – 4 slices;
Avocado – 1 pc;
Ricotta or soft cheese – 150 g;
Tomato – 1 pc;
Eggs – 2 pcs;
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste.

First, fry 4 slices of bread in a little olive oil. Remove the finished toast from the pan on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Next, fry 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and carefully remove the flesh. Transfer the flesh to a container, add the ricotta, salt, pepper, and mash with a fork. Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice to prevent the avocado from darkening. Wash the tomato and cut it into rings. Baked avocado

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados;
  • 1 beaten egg;
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs;
  • 1/2 ч. l. of fine sea salt.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven. In a medium bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and salt. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and then cut it vertically into slices. Peel them thoroughly. Carefully dip each slice into the egg, then into the breadcrumbs. Put it on a sheet of parchment. Chicken with avocado

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken breast – 420 g;
  • salt;
  • prunes 120 g;
  • greens – 20 g;
  • avocado – 1 pc;
  • mayonnaise;
  • fried pistachios – 90 g;
  • cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.

Pour boiling water over the washed prunes and leave for a quarter of an hour. Drain, dry and cut into cubes. Chop the eggs, pistachios, cucumbers and chicken. Chop the greens. Mix the products. Add mayonnaise and salt. Stir.
