Ingredients:

Avocado .

Himalayan salt .

Pepper.

Lemon juice .

Cherry tomatoes .

Egg .

Lettuce or other greens to your taste.

Truffle sauce (optional).

Method of cooking:

Split the avocado in half, mash the soft part to a puree state, add salt and pepper, lemon juice. Spread the puree on the lettuce leaves and other greens, decorate with cherry tomatoes. Prepare a poached egg: carefully break the egg into a small cup, add water, a tablespoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of salt. When the water boils well, we create water with a spoonlet ‘s pour an egg into the middle , we help it spin with a spoon. Cooking an egg will take 1.5-2 minutes. We teach others ingredients.
