Shrimp for a special dinner according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Shrimp for a special dinner: a recipe from the Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur and judge of MasterChef. Professionals”-4 on STB by Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
“You can’t surprise anyone with seafood slicing and a sushi set, but you can easily surprise them with an interesting dish prepared by yourself! Today I’m making shrimp envelopes,” says the chef.
Ingredients (for 1 pc.):
- Rice paper – 4 pcs;
- Peeled shrimp – 1 pc;
- Avocado – 1 pc;
- Chili pepper – 1 pc;
- Soy sauce;
- Rice vinegar;
- Lemon juice;
- Grated ginger;
- Sesame seeds;
- Spinach;
- Sriracha.
Method of cooking:
Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, sesame seeds, and sriracha. Mix well with a whisk. Wrap the shrimp, avocado, and spinach filling in a rice paper envelope and fry until crispy. Enjoy with sauce!
