Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for a crispy and aromatic sandwich on his social media page .

Ingredients:

  • Bread – 2 slices .
  • Cheddar cheese – 4 slices .
  • Mozzarella cheese – 4 slices .
  • Butter – 100 grams .
  • Cream cheese – 100 grams .
  • Green onions – 20 grams .
  • Parsley – 5 grams
  • Chili – 5 grams .
  • Smoked paprika – 5 grams .
  • Garlic – 2 heads.
  • Olive oil .
  • Salt, pepper .

Sandwich: cooking method:

Pour olive oil over two heads of garlic, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven in foil. Chop the onion, mix with cream cheese and spices. We squeeze the baked garlic cloves, mix well to a homogeneous consistency. We smear a slice of bread with our sauce, spread it out cheese, cover with the second slice of bread and smear it with sauce on the outside. Bake for a few minutes in a pan, and then – bake for 15-20 minutes in foil at 180 C.
