The guest of the second edition of the cooking show “Wake Up with Hector” was the colleague of Hector Jimenez-Bravo who judged in the “MasterChef” project Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi. Two chefs prepared delicious and unusual cabbage rolls.

From the first days of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine , Volodymyr Yaroslavsky , together with his restaurant team, prepares dinners for the Armed Forces, territorial defense and those in need, organizes charity dinners and charity initiatives in support of Ukraine.

Hector with Volodymyr in the kitchen cooks a hearty and tasty dish – cabbage rolls.

Ingredients:

Chicken thigh – 150 g of ram.

Chicken liver – 60 grams.

Carrot – 70 grams.

Onion – 70 grams.

Garlic – 20 grams.

Bulgur – 150 grams.

Young cabbage – 1 pc .

Mayonnaise – 20 g of ramen.

Butter – 30 g of ram.

Sour cream – 100 g of sour cream.

Oil .

Method of cooking:

Boil bulgur.

Grind the chicken thigh and liver in a meat grinder .

Rub the carrot with a thin julienne, and the onion with a cube.

Mix everything together into a homogeneous mass and wrap it in cabbage leaves.

From chicken bones and skin, as well as from onion scraps, we make soup – we boil it and make a sauce.

Add a little mayonnaise to the sauce, butter and sour cream , and stew our cabbage rolls in it for 15-20 minutes.
