Chicken with broccoli according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Chicken with broccoli is a great alternative to the usual meat dishes on the festive table. Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of “MasterChef. Battle of the Seasons” on STB Hector Jimenez-Bravo.

Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh – 300 grams
- Rice vinegar – 30 grams
- Soda – 1 tbsp.
- Starch – 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 200 ml
- Rice vinegar – 20 ml
- Sugar – 30 grams.
- Starch – 10 grams
- Water – 30 ml
- Olive oil
- Garlic – 5 pcs
- Ginger – 5 grams
- Broccoli – 100 grams
- Chili – to taste
Chicken with broccoli – cooking method:
Cut the chicken thigh, pour the meat with rice vinegar, add baking soda and water. Mix well and add starch, stir. Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, oil, starch, water, bring to a homogeneous consistency with a whisk. Fry the chicken in olive oil on both sides, set it aside. Fry chopped garlic and ginger in olive oil, pour in the sauce, add chicken and broccoli, fry until tender. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds, add chili to taste. Bon appetit!
