Baked pilaf according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur and judge of the “MasterChef” project on STB Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for quick pilaf in a sleeve on social media.

Baked pilaf
Ingredients:
• Carrots – 50 gramsiv;
• Onion – 50 grams;
• Pork – 100 gramsiv;
• Basmati rice – 100-150 gramsiv;
• Coriander – 5 grams ;
• Zira – 5 gramsiv;
• Turmeric – 5 gramsiv;
• Smoked paprika – 5 gramsiv;
• Water – 200-250 ml;
• Olive oil – 20 ml;
• Grape – 30 gramsiv.

Baked pilaf
Method of cooking:
Cut carrots and onions. Pour basmati rice, pork, carrots and onions into the sleeve, pour olive oil, add grapes. We put a mix of spices, pepper, salt, and pour water. Twist the package and mix. We send it to the oven at 180 degrees. One hour and everything is ready!
