Gingerbread cookies with chocolate: a recipe for festive cookies

Gingerbread is probably the most popular winter treat. These are not only delicious cookies, but also a great idea for a gift for children for Christmas or St. Nicholas. Gingerbread is easy and quick to prepare, it turns out tasty and beautiful, and it also smells like the whole apartment. What else is needed for the perfect recipe?

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour – 250 grams;
  • soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • butter – 125 grams;
  • sugar – 200 grams;
  • vanillin – 2 grams;
  • ginger root – 80 grams;
  • eggs – 4 pieces;
  • dark chocolate – 400 grams;
  • raisins – 200 grams.

Method of cooking:

Beat the butter with the sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs. Eggs should be added one at a time, beating well each time. Grind the ginger and add to the resulting mass. Mix sifted flour with soda and pour into a deep bowl.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater. Add chocolate to the dough and mix everything thoroughly. Then add raisins to the dough.

Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough. Cut cookies out of it with molds. Place it on a greased baking sheet. Bake for half an hour in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
