Ingredients: sauerkraut
  • White cabbage – 2 kg.
  • Carrots – 1 kg.
  • Chili peppers – 2 pcs.
  • Water – 1.5 liters.
  • Salt – 2 tbsp.
Method of cooking:

Yevhen Klopotenko suggested cooking two types of sauerkraut. The first is a quick recipe. You need to take two kilograms of ordinary white cabbage and chop it. Take a kilogram of carrots and do the same with them. Finely chop two chili peppers to the cabbage and carrot mixture, but you can use more if you like spicy. Pour hot water and salt over the mixture: take 1.5 liters of hot water, add two tablespoons of salt, and pour over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Knead well, put it in a jar, and leave it in a warm place for 12 to 24 hours. After that, the cabbage can be tasted!

The second recipe is a classic. You also need to take a kilogram of carrots and two kilograms of cabbage and chop them well. Finely chop two chili peppers into the mix. Add two tablespoons of salt and mix well. Put the mixture in a jar and leave it in a warm place for 2-3 days.
