Hell’s brews

Ingredients:
  • Flour – 600 grams;
  • Vinegar – 25 grams;
  • Salt;
  • Sugar – 1 tsp;
  • Oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Warm water – 250 ml;
  • Minced lamb – 400 grams;
  • Dill seeds – 1 tsp;
  • Onion – ½ pc.
Method of cooking:

To make Ukrainian Crimean Tatar chebureks, divine and unique in taste, you first need to make the dough. Take 600 grams of flour, 25 grams of vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar), a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, two tablespoons of oil, and warm water. Stir well and thoroughly until the dough is smooth. Roll out the dough into a round shape with a rolling pin (for two chebureks). For the filling: take minced lamb, a teaspoon of dill seeds, a pinch of salt, and half an onion, which is finely chopped. To make the minced meat juicy, add a little water to it and knead it well. Put the finished filling on the dough and form chebureks. Pour in the oil and deep-fry the chebureks for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. If you don’t like deep frying, you can bake the pasties in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
