“It’s delicious!”: a simple seasonal breakfast from Lesya Nikitiuk

Lesya NikitiukThe season of greens, vegetables and fruits is in full swing! Ukrainians now have a lot more fresh food in their refrigerators, which is what nutritionists and nutritionists recommend. But the famous Ukrainian TV presenter Lesya Nikitiuk has had her diet defined for a long time, regardless of the season or mood. Lesya Nikitiuk, the host of the “eVopytiya” project on the New Channel, told us what she eats and what she has denied herself to look so shiny.

“Let me tell you a little about my diet. I eat a lot of cereals, fish, poultry, and salads! Two or three times a day. I haven’t eaten pork, veal, or lamb for eight years. Bread is for holidays. I work out every other day. If you don’t eat, you won’t lose weight, and you’ll gain weight, and your hair will fall out (laughs).”

TV presenter Lesya Nikitiuk shared a recipe for a simple breakfast. It’s fast, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients:
  • Young cabbage – 1/4 pc.
  • Carrots – 1/2 pc.
  • Flour – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method of cooking:
  1. Chop the cabbage finely and grate the carrots coarsely. Stir.
  2. Add a little flour, salt and pepper to the vegetable mixture to taste.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a preheated and oiled frying pan in the form of a pancake. Crack an egg on top of each “pancake”.
  4. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs when serving, if desired.
