Waffle cake with banana according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo

Ingredients:
- Toffee – 2 cans;
- Butter – 200 grams;
- Banana – 1 kg;
- Waffle cakes;
- Peanuts – 150 grams.
Method of cooking:
“First, bake the peanuts until golden at 180 degrees. Cut the bananas into slices. The butter should be at room temperature, beat it with the toffee until smooth. The most important secret of assembling a waffle cake is that each layer must be thoroughly smeared, each cell of the waffle must be filled! Next, put the bananas inside. Sprinkle the last layer with peanuts, as in the video, and spread the sides with cream. Let the cake stand before eating. Preferably for a day. And when serving, salt it with sea salt – the taste will be more intense,” says Hector.
