Recipe of the day: meat pita bread in a minute
On the day off, we have a little more time for cooking. So, today you can experiment with breakfast or lunch. We offer you to prepare a delicious dish that will give you good emotions for the whole day. An interesting recipe for meat pita bread was shared with the readers of Woman magazine by a Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of “MasterChef. Battle of the seasons” on STB Hector Jimenez-Bravo .
“When you want something, but you don’t know what, you most likely want pita bread with meat. The perfect breakfast, lunch and snack. And also, this is the same dish, which is prepared with pleasure with friends while watching a movie,” – notes Hector.
Ingredients:
- Round pita bread — 1 pc.;
- Minced meat – 150 grams;
- Paprika – 3 grams;
- Black pepper – 3 grams;
- Salt – 1 gram;
- Sour cream – 50 grams;
- Green onion – 5 grams;
- Pickled cucumber – 20 grams;
- Salt;
- Tomato – 20 grams;
- Blue onion – 10 grams;
- Cilantro – 5 grams;
- Fry without oil if minced pork.
Method of cooking:
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add paprika and mix well. Cut the onion, tomato, pickle and green onion. Add green onion and cucumber to the sour cream, mix. Spread the minced meat on the entire pita in a thin layer, fry the pita on the meat side in a pan until cooked. Add a little sauce to the meat, put a tomato, a little green onion, blue onion, and cilantro. Fold the lavash in half and cut it into two triangles. Enjoy with sauce!
