Both for breakfast and for lunch: a recipe for meat cakes
Are you looking for interesting recipes to please your relatives? Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of “MasterChef. “Battle of the Seasons” on STB Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for meat cakes on social media.
Ingredients for cooking meat cakes:
- Minced pork and beef – 500 grams;
- Potatoes – 100 grams;
- Parsley – 30 grams;
- Cilantro – 30 grams;
- Smoked paprika – 5 grams;
- Cumin, coriander – 5 grams;
- Garlic – 20 grams;
- Salt pepper;
- Unleavened dough – 1 layer;
- Butter for frying.
Method of cooking:
Rub the potatoes. Mix paprika and cumin, grind in a mortar, add pepper and salt. Add the minced meat to the potatoes, season with spices, add chopped garlic, parsley and cilantro. Mix the filling well with your hands. We roll out the dough, spread the filling, wrap it in a long “sausage”, cut it into small rolls. Place the roll in the middle of the dough cake, roll it out with a rolling pin to the required thickness. Fry the tortillas in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Decorate the finished dish with greens. Bon appetit!
