Winter melon sorbet
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on the social network – a winter melon dessert .
“ I wrote everything correctly – winter. To do this, I recommend going for a melon now, and what to do with it – see the video“, said the chef.
For sorbet you will need:
• Half of a frozen melon .
• Rice — 100 grams .
• Water — 300 ml .
• Cream — 50 ml .
Mint syrup:
• Water — 100 ml .
• Sugar — 50 ml .
• Mint — 10 grams .
For decoration :
• Lemon peel.
• Tarrhun .
Method of cooking:
Cut the melon, store it in a zip-top bag in the freezer for 6 months. We make mint syrup: mix sugar, water and mint in a saucepan, boil and mix well . Blend the melon in a blender , add a little syrup . We cook rice. At the end, add cream and mint syrup . Place the rice and melon ball on a plate, garnish with lemon peel and tarragon. Bon appetit!
