Green salad with apples and avocado

Ingredients:
  • Green apple – 1 pc.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – a small bunch (approx. 40-50 g)
  • Parsley – a few sprigs
  • Toasted almond flakes – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Dried cranberries – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
  • A mixture of Provencal herbs – to taste
  • Salt, ground pepper
For refueling:
  • Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp. l.
  • Liquid honey – 1 hour. Л.
  • Grainy mustard – 1 tsp. Л. with a slide
Cooking:

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small jar. Add salt if necessary. Close the lid and shake well. Put a handful of washed lettuce leaves on a plate and lightly pour the dressing over them. Peel the apple and avocado, cut into thin slices. Place on top of the greens and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the flesh from darkening. Drizzle with the dressing, season with herbs and pepper to taste, sprinkle with nuts and cranberries, and garnish with parsley. Serve the salad immediately after preparation.

  • Canned tuna – 1 can
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves – 3-4 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking:

First, boil the eggs and leave them in cold water for a few minutes. Cut the tomato, tuna and lettuce into small pieces. Add chopped eggs and season with oil.
