With ayran and chickpeas: okroshka according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared on social media the original recipe is okroshka with ayran and chickpeas.
“ It so happened that my relationship with classical okroshka did not work out . But refreshing soups are a separate love, so I created my okroshka recipe. Each of of the ingredients of the dish is my favorite, and the combination of the two makes something incredible. If you like meat , you can add boiled chicken , “- said the chef.
Ingredients:
• Canned chickpeas – 50 grams ;
• Cucumber ;
• Dill – 10 grams;
• Parsley – 15 grams;
• Basil – 10 grams;
• Mint – 10 grams;
• Green onion – 15 grams;
• Zira – 5 grams;
• Salt and pepper ;
• Ayran – 200 ml .

Cold kvass soup
Method of cooking:
Cut the cucumber into strips, finely chop the parsley, dill, basil, mint and green onion.
Put cucumbers, greens, chickpeas in a deep plate, add cumin, salt, pepper and mix well.
Water with ayran.
Let it taste!
