Chicken drumsticks in clay: a recipe from Zlata Ognevich

Chicken drumsticks in clay
Zlata Ognevich and Yevhen Klopotenko cooked chicken drumsticks in clay.
Ingredients:
- Shins – 5 pcs.
- Juniper – 1 tbsp.
- Mixed salad – 100 grams.
- Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- Sunflower oil
- Salt.
- Clay.
Method of cooking:
We need to take five drumsticks, salt them, pour oil over them, add one tablespoon of juniper, and mix everything well. Next, wrap each shin well in cheesecloth, take ordinary pottery clay and roll it out well with a rolling pin, then put the clay on the cheesecloth so that each shin is completely covered with clay, and put the shins in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Prepare the salad: mix the salad mix, finely chopped three tomatoes, salt, and oil. We take the shins out of the oven, give them time to cool down a bit, remove the clay well with our hands, then take scissors and cut the cheesecloth, and take out the meat. Bon appetit!
