For breakfast: making an egg sandwich

Hector Jimenez-Bravo showed on social media how to make a delicious breakfast sandwich with an egg.  

“The morning doesn’t start with coffee, but… with breakfast (because coffee on an empty stomach is bad for you). Today I propose to enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast together – a sandwich with an egg,” the chef said.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Ripe avocado – 1 pc.
  • Mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 pc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cream cheese – 30 grams.
  • Bread.
  • Spinach leaves – 1 pc.
  • Cheddar cheese – 2 slices.
 Method of cooking:
  1. Add the eggs, peeled avocado, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the bowl, then mash the mixture with a fork;
  2. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on the bread, then the egg filling, cover with spinach leaves and a slice of cheese, and then put another slice of bread on top;
  3. Fry the sandwich in a frying pan until cooked.
