Apple tart: ingredients:
- sugar – 100 g
- butter – 80 g
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
- soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.
- cinnamon – on the tip of the knife
- puff pastry – 1 sheet
- apples – 4-5 pcs.
- ice cream – optional

Cooking a dish:
- First, you need to prepare the caramel. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, put it over medium heat and melt it.
- Once the sugar is completely melted, add the butter. Stir and remove from heat. Pour in the lemon juice, soy sauce and cinnamon.
- Cover the bottom of a 20-centimeter-diameter split mold with parchment.
- Cut the apples into slices. Put them in the mold and pour the caramel sauce over them.
- Cover the apples with puff pastry. Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The dough should turn golden.
- Add ice cream if desired. You can choose vanilla or caramel.
