Nadiia Matviieva advises experimenting with the temperature and flavor of the water you drink throughout the day. 

“For example, I like almost hot water with lemon in the morning. You can also add a few slices of cucumber for a fresh flavor, sour berries (like cranberries and sea buckthorn), ginger, mint. But no sugar, honey, or jam. These are all fast carbohydrates that harm the body by increasing insulin levels,” – Matveeva explained. 

The host also recommended that you always take a bottle of water with you when leaving the house.
