Cheese focaccia with potatoes according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo

“We’ve already cooked tomato focaccia, but not yet cheese focaccia with potatoes. Some people will say zrazy, but I’ll say focaccia,” the chef commented.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 4 pcs;
- Corn starch – 90 grams;
- Mozzarella (for pizza) – 150 grams;
- Salt;
- Vegetable oil.
Method of cooking:
Boil the potatoes for up to 20 minutes, mash them, add salt and cornstarch, and knead them well. Form the “sausage” and cut it into portions. Put slices of mozzarella in each one and close them well. Fry over medium heat on each side for 5 minutes. Remove excess fat with paper towels. Bon appetit!
