How to cope with internal anxiety and keep yourself in check? Almost every Ukrainian thinks about this every day, as we have been living in a state of stress for a year now because of the full-scale war. Michelle Andrade shared her life hacks in this regard backstage at the eVoprosy show (New Channel).

“It’s impossible to be positive all the time, but I try,” says the singer. “For me, the main thing is not to lose touch with myself and maintain my physical and mental health. My morning starts with time for myself: affirmations, stretching, meditation, breathing practices. Proper breathing helps me calm down and focus. I also take a contrast shower – it invigorates me and relieves anxiety. This way I charge myself for a great day.”

Michelle Andrade restores her emotional balance through sports. He trains three times a week and goes running. She says it makes her more productive.

“Another daily habit that helps keep me in good shape is reading the right literature,” says the artist. – And don’t forget to help people! This is another tool that lifts my spirit. Every day I support the volunteers financially and with information and just do good deeds for the people around me.”
