“There are familiar products that are appropriate to cook in winter, because it is tasty and healthy,” – says Nadiya Matveeva.

Beetroot salad with homemade mayonnaise

Grate boiled beets, add chopped nuts, garlic, mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is prepared from 180 ml of refined oil, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of sugar, 3 tsp of vinegar, 2 tsp of mustard. Combine the ingredients, whisk in a blender.

Grated carrot salad with green peas

Wash carrots, grate, add salt, pepper, season with oil and lemon juice.

Pumpkin porridge with semolina

Cut the peeled pumpkin, boil in a little water. Add milk, salt, sugar to taste,  then semolina, cook for 5 minutes. Kill with a blender until smooth. Beautiful and tasty, like a souffle.

Hummus

 Soak chickpeas for several hours, then boil until soft. Add tahini paste, salt, lemon juice or vinegar to taste. Thoroughly beat with a blender.

Potato salad

Cut boiled potatoes into cubes, add slices of pickled cucumbers, fried cracklings with onions. Season with oil with mustard and lemon juice.
