Alex is 33 years old, born and raised in Lviv. “I have visited many countries and cities, but I consider Lviv to be the most beautiful, the most atmospheric and the best place on the planet , ” says the man about his native city.
Alex’s interest in business appeared in his childhood thanks to his father. Already at the age of 16, the boy organized events with guest stars, and at 18 he managed a network of retail cosmetics stores.
At 21, Alex moved to the US to build a business abroad. The path to his dream was not easy, but the man is confident: all difficulties only hardened his character.
In 2017, he opened the first AirBnb studio in Hollywood. And in just one year, he created a network of 12 apartments in Los Angeles.
Alex loves animals. He had a golden retriever nicknamed Shelf for 13 years. Then he adopted Kingston, a black and white pit bull, from the shelter. “Don’t be indifferent to abandoned animals. Even a small gesture of kindness and a small effort can save their whole life , ” Holostyak urges.
In 2020, when COVID-19 was raging, he designed and created an innovative product, Phonetized, a phone charger that kills bacteria.
Alex has many hobbies, including: crossfit, fitness, basketball, football, photography.
With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Alex joined the team of the international humanitarian organization HOPE Worldwide to help Ukrainian women forced to temporarily move abroad for the safety of their children. And also from the first day of the war, he supports Ukraine on the information front and even edited a video himself to show potential donors the terrible footage of the bombing of residential buildings, schools, hospitals and kindergartens in Ukraine.
The bachelor is convinced that every citizen of the country should know the Ukrainian language. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Alex’s decision was fundamental – to speak and run social networks in Ukrainian.
