Any result takes time and your effort

If you want sports to become a healthy habit and a way of your life, I suggest:

  • Motivate yourself with realistic goals. Determine what you need it for now.
  • Move in small but steady steps.
  • Praise yourself and your body for even minimal successes.

You must decide what type of physical activity you would like to engage in. For example, lose weight, gain muscle mass, learn to dance, develop plasticity and flexibility of your body, learn to meditate and maintain inner balance. Listen to your body and understand what sport you need. Physical activity should switch and relax your brain and bring positive emotions to your workout.

If you are exercising at home, allot yourself some space where you would feel comfortable doing the exercises. Make a playlist of your favorite music and wear your cutest sports uniform! This can be a great motivation to start exercising too.

After a break, you should return to physical activity gradually. You have to restore your body’s muscle memory. Add the load gradually and don’t forget that your body needs time to recover.

Make a schedule for yourself for your workouts. This will allow you to exercise regularly and get your body back in shape faster.
