“The level of happiness in a relationship depends on how happy a woman feels in that relationship. This does not mean that we, women, need to sit around and wait for someone to make us happy. Nadiia noted that our thoughts, actions, and feelings depend on the focus of our attention.
“If for years we have been accustomed to paying attention to what we don’t like, what causes anxiety and dissatisfaction, then we focus on it and sink into dissatisfaction. And then we produce the result in the form of emotions and even facial expressions, – The host explained. – If we teach ourselves to pay attention to what brings us joy and satisfaction, and to create such moments in our lives, we will have a completely different result. A woman who knows what brings her joy can focus on it, create such moments and manage her mood and state of happiness.”
According to Matveyeva, you can start with small things: for example, brewing or buying coffee in the morning and enjoying it without rushing, pleasing yourself with a bouquet of flowers, doing incredible makeup, or simply taking time for a walk.
