Cooking babaganoush according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo
The recipe for a delicious and quick-to-prepare appetizer, babaganush, , was shared by a Ukrainian chef of Colombianof Colombian origin, restaurateur, judge of “MasterChef. Professionals”-4, which is scheduled to premiere in February 2023 on STB, Hector Jimenez-Bravo.

Ingredients:
– Eggplant – 2 pcs.;
– Salt – to taste;
– Pepper – to taste;
– Olive oil – 10 ml;
– Garlic – 5 pcs;
– Tahini – 20 gframes;
– Lemon juice – 5 гFrames;
– Keenfor – 5 гframes.
Method of cooking babaganush:
Cut the eggplants into two parts and make cuts in them. Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil andapic at 180 degrees in the oven until tender. Take out the eggplant pulp with a spoon, mix it with chopped garlic, and add tahini, лlemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, add chopped cilantro and mix well. Enjoy the appetizer with pita bread or another option you like.
