Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared the recipe for an incredibly simple and delicious pastry – apricot pie !

What you will need:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 75 grams.
  • Sugar – 100 grams.
  • Sour cream – 75 grams.
  • Flour – 150 grams.
  • Baking powder – 5 grams.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Salt.
  • Peeled apricots – 200 grams.

Caramel:

  • Sugar – 200 grams.
  • Water – 30 ml.

Method of cooking:

Mix eggs with melted butter and sour cream, beat with a whisk. Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour. Add sugar and mix well until smooth. Mix water and sugar in a saucepan, cook caramel until golden. We grease the form for baking with creamoil , pour out the caramel, lay out the apricot pieces, fill with the dough, put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
