Apricot cake: a simple and delicious pastry

Apricot cake
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared the recipe for an incredibly simple and delicious pastry – apricot pie !
What you will need:
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 75 grams.
- Sugar – 100 grams.
- Sour cream – 75 grams.
- Flour – 150 grams.
- Baking powder – 5 grams.
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
- Salt.
- Peeled apricots – 200 grams.
Caramel:
- Sugar – 200 grams.
- Water – 30 ml.
Method of cooking:
Mix eggs with melted butter and sour cream, beat with a whisk. Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour. Add sugar and mix well until smooth. Mix water and sugar in a saucepan, cook caramel until golden. We grease the form for baking with creamoil , pour out the caramel, lay out the apricot pieces, fill with the dough, put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
