Exclusive screenings of Disney cartoons: announcements in cinemas
This year, the Disney studio celebrates its 100th anniversary. In honor of this event, exclusive screenings of the three films will be held in Ukrainian cinemas. As part of the Disney 100 project, this October, the animated films Wayana (October 7-8), Zootopia (October 14-15), and Frozen (October 28-29) will be released on the big screens again.
“Wayana”
The story tells of a brave girl who sets out on a long sea voyage to save her people. Wayana meets the once powerful demigod Maui, who becomes her mentor. The heroes will have an adventure-filled journey across the open ocean, where they will face huge monsters and other difficulties. Vayana strives to fulfill the ancient mission of her ancestors and find what she has always wanted – her true self.
“Zootropolis”
The modern metropolis of Zootropolis is a city unlike any other. A city where animals from different environments live together. A city where, no matter who you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything you want. But when rookie officer Judy Hopes arrives in Zootropolis, she finds out that being the first rabbit in a police force staffed by big, strong animals is not so easy. Having decided to prove herself, she jumps at the chance to solve a complicated case, even if it means working with the foxy fraudster Nick Krutikhvost.
“Frozen Heart”
Anna, a fearless optimist, embarks on a journey with the rugged mountaineer Christoph and his faithful reindeer Sven. Together they search for Anna’s sister Elsa. Her icy power locked the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. In an Everest-like environment, meeting mystical trolls and a funny snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff fight the elements in an effort to save the kingdom.
In Ukrainian cinemas, the re-release of Disney’s animated films Wayana, Zootopia and Frozen will start on October 7.
