Announcement of Caribbean Club events for May-June
Caribbean Club Concert-Hall has announced the events of May-June and invites guests to warm music and theater evenings. The concert hall’s program includes concerts by Adam, Karta Svitu, Kanday, singer Oleg Skrypka, as well as traditional and favorite events of Kyiv residents: performances by the Black Square Theater, the Royale Variety Show, the Jazz for Adults with Oleksiy Kogan show, and other exciting events.
In addition, visitors can enjoy a delicious dinner during events in the Caribbean Club. Here you can always taste delicious dishes that can satisfy any taste.
May 16: concert by Oleksandr Seleznov etc.
Seleznov
An unforgettable evening with the same drummer with an assault rifle, whose viral videos of him playing songs on guns have stirred up social media. This is Ukrainian musician Oleksandr Seleznov, founder and leader of the Oleksandr Seleznov etc. project. During the war, Oleksandr shot a series of music videos in which he plays various types of weapons: a Kalashnikov, a javelin, a hand grenade launcher, a stinger, and even an anti-tank mine. Each of these videos became a hit and received a lot of positive feedback from the online community.
In 2020, Oleksandr Selezniov’s debut album Freedom was named one of the 10 best Ukrainian albums by the Aprize Award from Aristocrats Radio.
The concert will also feature special guests: Marta Lyubchyk, a singer and finalist of The Voice 2023, and Volodymyr Lebedev, a charming and charismatic Ukrainian saxophonist.

The Black Square Improv Theater and Studio invites you to its comedy performances, which are so loved by the audience because they immerse themselves in the lives of real people with their stories about love, sex and friendship through the prism of quality humor.

May 18: Aniko Dolidze with the program “Gratitude to Kancheli”

Caribbean Club invites true connoisseurs to enjoy the unsurpassed Aniko Dolidze accompanied by leading Ukrainian jazz musicians. They will present the program“ Gratitude to Kancheli: music for theater and cinema “dedicated to the Georgian composer, the most prominent symphonist of the twentieth century Gia Kancheli.
His works are performed by the best conductors and orchestras in the world, because his music is timeless, its depth and wisdom erase boundaries. The concert will feature compositions from films: “Children of the Sea” by N. Pipinashvili, “White Stones” by R. Charkhalashvili and B. Tsuladze, “Mimino” G. Danelius and others, as well as plays such as A Role for a Beginning Actress, Hanuma, and The Caucasian Chalk Circle by R. Strouilles. The author of the arrangements of all the songs on the program is the famous jazz pianist and composer Rodion Ivanov.
May 19 and 26, June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30: variety shows “The Grand Piano“

Caribbean Club hospitably opens the doors to an alluring show for adults – variety show “Piano”. On May 19 and 26, and June 2 and 9, the screenings will be held with a special guest – singer and founder of the volunteer headquarters Lida Lee.
The Piano variety show is a heady cocktail of musical performance and exquisite sexuality. The organizers of the show invite you to enjoy a cozy atmosphere, a glass of your favorite drink and an emotionally vibrant show in the best cabaret traditions. The special sound of the evening will be given by popular melodies in original arrangements.
May 21: creative formation Schmakgauzen
An evening with the creative formation Schmalgauzen will give you new impressions and a chance to get into a parallel reality of the creative world. Schmalgauzen are stories told most often in the first person, with grotesque images, in a musical and dramatic form.
The new program “Your Will”, inspired by the works of August Strindberg and Thomas Mann, will feature stories in which the hearts of the actors and the strings of the instruments are intertwined in a single tandem. You will be able to see the romantic story of the staff captain and the one who writes him a letter while waiting on land.

May 25: ADAM with a concert “Dance with me slowly”

The authors of the hit song “Slowly”, which became the background for more than a million love videos, ADAM band, with a big solo concert “Dance with me slowly” will perform at Caribbean Club.
ADAM is a Kyiv-based band founded in 2015 by Mykhailo Klymenko and his wife Oleksandra Norova. Such hits as “Slowly”, “Just the Way It Is”, “Dance Mila”, “Something Else” and many more love songs are the result of their 15-year love affair. On May 25, the musicians invite you to sing these songs in unison and plunge into the world of romance.
May 29: concert by Anna Kinderska

Jazz is the music of the soul. Caribbean Club invites you to see for yourself and invites you to Anna Kinderska’s first big solo concert with the symbolic title “First Step”.
Anna is a Ukrainian jazz and soul singer who not only writes her own music but also popularizes Ukrainian songs. A month before the full-scale invasion, Anna’s powerful voice conquered the stage of the top TV show “The Voice 12”. Anna’s arrangement of the song “My Dumy” to the lyrics of Taras Shevchenko was a real discovery and stuck in the hearts of many people.
Don’t miss the opportunity to be the first to hear the songs from the singer’s new album, The First Step. Reflections, sincere feelings, searching for answers, striving for light and goodness are what fill Anna’s work, which will be eagerly awaited by everyone on May 29.
June 1: concert by Karta Svitu

“Who holds this neighborhood?” – do you have an answer to this question ready? Then you’ll definitely want to attend the performance of the young but already insanely popular band Karta Svitu on June 1 at Caribbean Club.
The energetic musicians will perform about 15 songs. These will be works from the period of the full-scale war, such as “Wings”, “She Goes to Sleep”, the hit song “Dog Patron”, which has already garnered over 2.5 million views on YouTube, and other songs close to everyone. June 3: concert by Kadnay

The band Kadnay will play a charity concert in the format “Warm Live” to raise funds for the Ilya Grabar Charitable Foundation. The concert will feature the band’s favorite and well-known songs in new arrangements. In particular, new songs that were written during the war – “Let Go” and “Let’s Become Silence”.
The Kadnay band is a symbiosis of music energy, love and, of course, high-quality sound, and the band’s distinctive feature is their live performances. Kadnay always skillfully surprise the audience with their unique show programs, and “Warm Live” will not be an exception.
June 8: art show by Oleg Skrypka

An artistic mix of rock and roll, retro jazz, Ukrainian tango and French chanson performed by Oleg Skrypka in the show ROCK-CABARET.
New arrangements of famous songs will take you to the atmosphere of the Ukrainian city of the early XX century and awaken nostalgia for the rock past of the 80s. The guests will enjoy an evening of classics such as “Tombe la Neige” and “Summertime” as well as Ukrainian hits performed by Oleg Skrypka. A real Ukrainian ROCK-CABARET will give you incredible sensations and insights.
At Caribbean Club on June 11: Dislocados
The first Ukrainian salsa orchestra Dislocados will perform a light dance program “Tropical Hits”. Guests will enjoy such compositions as: Guantanamera, Bamboleo, La Tortura and many others. Come remember famous hits, drink delicious cocktails, and take a break from your routine.
Each concert of Dislocados – is a rich mix of high-quality sound, dance rhythms and full commitment to music. In their work, the band shares their love for music, dance and their vision of salsa, for which nationality and geography are not at all important.
June 15th: Show “Jazz for adults with Alexey Kogan”
Legendary compositions of the 20th century performed by Jazz in Kyiv Band will be performed on the Caribbean Club stage for true music lovers, and as an additional gift, jazz stories from Alexey Kogan will be presented.
The show “Jazz for Adults with Alexey Kogan” always captivates the audience with its exceptional repertoire, themes and interaction with guests, which creates an unforgettable mood.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the songs that sound in the rhythm of the hearts of millions of fans. On June 15, the jazz journey will be led by Rodion Ivanov on keyboards, Mykhailo Mendelenko on guitar, Artem Mendelenko on saxophone, Valeriy Volkov on drums, and Oleksiy Kogan on bass.
