Demand for electric vehicles is growing in Ukraine
Demand for electric vehicles is growing in Ukraine. The number of registered electric vehicles increased by 13% compared to February. This was reported by the Association of Ukrainian Automobile Manufacturers “Ukravtoprom”.
“Demand for new electric vehicles increased by 27%, and for imported second-hand vehicles by 8%. Consequently, the share of new cars in March registrations of BEVs (battery-powered vehicles – UNIAN) amounted to 28%, compared to 24% in February,” the report said.
List of new electric vehicles on the market in March 2023:
- Volkswagen ID.4 (149 units);
- Dongfeng Honda M-NV (100 units);
- Volkswagen ID.6 (28 units);
- Honda e (24 units);
- Dongfeng M5 EV (22 units).
