Ingredients:
– Warm water – 2 cups;
– Dry yeast – 2 tbsp.;
– Salt – 1 tsp.;
– Flour – 500 grams ;
– Sugar – 2 tsp.;
– Olive oil;
– Basil – 10 grams;
– Onions – 20 grams;
– Dry rosemary – 10 grams;
– Olive oil – 10 ml;
– Tomatoes – 200 grams;
– Olive oil – 10 ml;
– Garlic – 5 pieces.
Method of cooking:
Mix the warm water, dry yeast and sugar, mix with a whisk. Add flour and salt to the mixture and mix. Add a little olive oil.Then wrapped in cling film and placed in the refrigerator. Add a little oil to a baking dish and put the dough in, cover with foil and let it stand for a while. Make small dough balls in the dough dents with your fingers, sprinkle dry rosemary on top, add the onion, salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Finely chop the tomatoes, add salt and olive oil, and season with pepper, Chop the garlic and basil, add more salt to taste, and mix well. Cut the focaccia into squares, top with the tomato mixture and mozzarella slices. Bon appetit!
