Singer KOSMACHEVA, who recently presented her debut track “Popsa”, held morning yoga for Woman Magazine readers.

Today we will begin our practice with an exercise called “Lizard Pose. Uttkhan Pristhasana.” Standing straight, take a step backward with your right foot. Bend the front leg to a right angle. Lower the knee of the back leg to the floor. Place the palms of your hands on the floor on the inside of the foot. Push your pelvis downward to stretch your muscles.

This position works the leg muscles and stretches the back of the thighs. Mobility in the knee joints and tendons is increased. Asana opens the pelvis and chest and stimulates blood circulation.

The next exercise is very similar to “warrior pose 1”, doing it you should feel the muscles of your back and legs. It may be hard at first, but if you don’t think about it, you will succeed!

“Pigeon pose” is an excellent exercise to fully open the hip joints and prepare for more challenging asanas such as “lotus pose”. With this reproach we strengthen the muscles of the back, legs and abdomen.

The next exercise makes me excited! This is “cat pose”, in which we alternate the position of our arms and legs. “Cat” is very effective: the exercise improves the flexibility of the spine, strengthens the muscular frame, trains the abs, stretches and stimulates the spinal nerves, calms and relieves tension, fatigue. It can also help you achieve perfect posture.

Remember the birch pose in yoga? I suggest making it a little more difficult for the end of the workout. We lift the pelvis with one leg, and with the other leg we reach upwards, this way we pump up the lower body well. Be sure to remember your breathing, it’s very important!
