So, Marina shared a useful and effective complex of exercises for the back.
“Want to wear a dress with a deep back neckline in the summer? Daily sedentary work doesn’t go away. Slouching, loose skin and “wings” can be the result. This complex will help to get rid of such nuances.
1.Swimming
Starting position: lie on the floor on your stomach. Movements: as you inhale, lift your straight arms and legs off the floor. Move them as you would in a crawl. Try not to strain your neck.
2. Boat
Starting position: continue lying on your stomach. Movements: grasp the shin with your hands from the outside and rock back and forth, trying to maximize the amplitude. After the exercise, stretch in the opposite direction, arching your back forward.
3. Cat
Starting position: get on all fours. Movements: smoothly arch your back to one side and the other. Do the exercise slowly, feeling each vertebrae.
4. Turns
