Nastya Kamenskikh actively maintains a lifestyle blog, in which she talks about her life and habits. Recently, the singer shared her diet, and now she named the top 3 best exercises that will help make the buttocks beautiful and firm.
“Keep it basic but very effective exercise for your Kim!” the artist wrote on Instagram, accompanying the post with a snapshot of her posing in short shorts that slightly expose her taut heel.
Squat with wide leg extension (This exercise is great for working the butt, legs and inner thighs).
Stand up straight, maintaining a natural bend in your lower back. Spread your legs apart and turn your feet outward. Bring your pelvis back and as you inhale, do a squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. The knees should not move inwards. On the way out, rise up and squeeze your glutes.
Gluteal bridge (For those who have difficulty squatting, this exercise is a godsend!).
Lie on your back, bend your legs at the knees and slowly raise and lower your pelvis. The upper part of the body is immobile. When lifting – tense your glutes and after – do not lower your pelvis all the way to the floor.
Backward leg curl with the feet resting on the floor
Kneel on the floor or on a mat and rest your outstretched arms on the floor at shoulder width. Don’t arch your lower back. Raise one leg until your thigh is parallel to the body. And at the highest point, squeeze your buttocks together. Return to the starting position and repeat the movements with the other leg.
The star advises doing each exercise in three approaches of 15 times. “When you understand the technique and feel the muscles, add weights. Start with 1 kg, gradually increasing the weight,” writes Nastya.
