Today we are talking with ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach Anastasia Kotyuk to find out how thinking can change our lives and why it is important to turn to professional coaches.
What is your method of helping people through coaching series?
I first became acquainted with coaching in August 2022 and then immediately began training. This is a method that allows you to change reality now, influencing your future, without resorting to traumas and past experiences. By changing the internal settings of our perception of ourselves, we change the reality that now surrounds us. It is important to understand that if a person is experiencing mental health issues, they need to see a certified trauma-informed professional. The most effective would be parallel work between a therapist and coaching. After all, coaching doesn’t just help you achieve your goals. This is about knowing yourself, getting to know your true self, your depth and accepting yourself in those forms that are crowded out by society.
How to determine when a person needs a coach, and what signals indicate the need to contact a specialist?
Professional coaching provides a booster to progress towards what you have long wanted to get or what you wanted to get rid of. True, there are contraindications. This will not work for people who are waiting for magic pills or transfer responsibility for their lives to others. Coaching is for those who have already matured and are ready to grow, change, improve their results, make their life easier and take responsibility for life.
What principles do you use to help clients?
In a session, we always determine point “A” – the initial state, experience, achievements, skills. And point “B” – what is important to come to during the session. There is also homework (smiles – editor’s note). A clear definition of the request lays out the route along which we move during work. For example, if you have a goal for this year/month/week, depending on the scale of what you want, you need to pave the way to it. A goal is a beacon for our unconscious, something that guides us, preventing us from straying from the set path.

Why is it so important to let go of old goals, dreams, relationships, things, and how does this affect personal growth?
A very important point is the fact that the goals, dreams or desires that we set for ourselves a certain amount of time ago did not come true. This is what can really slow you down and force you to drain a lot of energy. As a result, a feeling of guilt appears, and you begin to eat yourself. It is important to understand that what you wanted a year ago may not be new to you at all. Therefore, it is important to perform any liberation ritual to facilitate and change the focus of attention. I recommend taking a piece of paper and handwriting everything that bothers you and keeps you in the past, and burn it with gratitude, saying that you are letting go of past goals and dreams and accepting a new round of development in your life.
How do you advise forming new goals and dreams for a successful start to a new stage in life?
For a successful start to a new stage of life, it is important:
- Define the goal.
- See it in your imagination.
- Feel as if it has already been realized.
If the first three steps work and you feel the sensations inside, move on to setting goals:
- Positive affirmative wording.
- Control and responsibility are yours.
- Sensory (I see, hear, feel) + achievement criteria (how will you understand that the goal has been achieved).
But I note that the wording is important, but even more important is what vibrations, meanings you experience and in what moods you live. It is our internal radiation of state and thinking that attracts realization itself.
What is hypnomeditation and how can it help people in the process of self-discovery?
Hypnosis or hypnomeditation is a process where goals are placed in the subconscious, bypassing creation. Then in a person’s life, the realization of what he wants occurs as if without his participation. Of all the possible variations in space, the unconscious brings to the surface for consciousness those possibilities, using which, the goal will be achieved as easily and quickly as possible.
How do you perceive the role of recreation in a person’s life?
It may be difficult for some to accept, but rest is an integral part of our growth and development. If we want to be healthy and happy while achieving our goals, and not spend all the money we earn on psychologists and recovery, rest should be planned in the same schedule as meetings, contracts, clients and presentations. Otherwise, you will experience burnout and a rat race for what you want until the body itself gives up.
What is your philosophy on setting long-term and short-term goals, and how they interact in the process of personal growth?

What is your greatest personal achievement?
My thinking. I went into work with thinking only because I myself get results in life thanks to this and, based on this, I help others. Among the hard factors: the ex-husband gave an apartment, when before an apartment as a gift was impossible. I do what I love, which brings me income from anywhere in the world, I travel, I study in the best educational organizations. From soft skills: I have inner strength and support, which gives me confidence and strength to cope with any situations. I feel total happiness in consistency. Clients, by cultivating inner support within themselves, build dream relationships, acquire the best body shape of their entire lives, find their own business and help others, increase their income and leave the workforce. My clients and I are direct proof that by changing our internal settings, we can find anything we want – body, health, relationships, income and dream life.
