Mental Support Sweater by COOSH brand
In times of turbulence, it is especially important to take care of ourselves and each other. With these thoughts in mind, Alina Frendiy, the founder of the Ukrainian brand COOSH, created a special sweater for mental support.
The Mental Support Sweater not only keeps you warm in the cold, but also serves as a daily reminder that psychological health is important. Mental problems are not always visible from the outside, sometimes it is difficult to describe them in words, and even harder to take the first step and seek help. Because how can you describe something that doesn’t seem to hurt physically, but brings discomfort?
COOSH cares about its clients, so each Mental Support Sweater gives you the opportunity to get a free first session on Mindly, the largest online psychological therapy platform in Ukraine. At a session with a specialist, you can share all your experiences and find a way to mental calm together.
As part of the project, COOSH also created an advertising campaign featuring a sweater as a symbol of mental support for everyone who needs it.
“I really want conscious, kind people around me, who will be fulfilled, who will not extinguish the light inside and who will not live a black and white life on autopilot like our main character in the video,” says Alina Frendiy.
Mental Support Sweater is available for ordering for men and women on the COOSH website, as well as in offline stores in Kyiv, Lviv, and Ternopil.
