Timur Miroshnichenko baptized Marcel’s son
Recently, Timur Miroshnychenko, the host of ZhVL Presents, which airs daily at 9:30 on 1+1 Ukraine, became a father for the third time. Together with his wife Inna, who are raising their own two children, Mia and Mark, they adopted a boy, whom they named Marcel. On October 15, the couple baptized their youngest son.
The baptism took place in St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Cathedral in Kyiv. According to the host, this is our legendary shrine, so he and his wife were unanimous on this one. Only the closest people were present at the event. In an exclusive commentary for the 1+1 TV channel, Timur told who was honored to become Marcel’s godparents.
“The godparents were Maria, Mark’s former nanny. She offered her candidacy herself. She wrote: “Yes, I’m coming back to Kyiv to baptize Marcel.” After the outbreak of full-scale war, she evacuated to Germany, first with Inna and her children. When Inna returned to Ukraine, Maria stayed in Europe. He lives and works there now. But now he is traveling to Ukraine on purpose to baptize Marcel. But the godfather was our godfather, Yevhen Pronin, who was Mia’s godfather,” says Timur Miroshnychenko.
According to the Miroshnychenko couple, Maria and Yevhen are ideal candidates for the role of godparents for little Marcel.
“Maria is the best candidate. She is a believer. They also had adopted brothers and sisters in their family, so she understands exactly what it’s like. I am sure she will be a wonderful godmother for Marcel. And Yevgeny Pronin is our wonderful godfather, who has proven himself worthy of this title more than once. Moreover, it turned out that when he was born, his parents initially wanted to name him Marcel, but in those days it would have been difficult to live with such an exotic name, and even in Cherkasy. So his parents thought about it and named him a more familiar name, Yevhen,” says Timur.
