More frank than ever: VERA released an eloquent mini-album in Ukrainian and confirmed her divorce for the first time.

“Thank You” is VERA’s mini-album, which includes 6 songs in Ukrainian, co-written by the singer. Each of the songs is a statement in the language of music, filled with content, meanings and emotions that VERA has experienced over the past year and a half. Here we talk about transformation, rethinking, and divorce, which the artist mentioned for the first time in a post on her Instagram page, and thus officially confirmed that she was no longer in a relationship.

– “War, divorce, transformation, gratitude, music and voice… All of this is in my mini-album ‘Thank You’,” the singer wrote succinctly on Instagram.

Following that, VERA presented a new atmospheric video “Night will pass” for the last and most lyrical song from the album. In the video, the artist appears in the mysterious image of a bird that has left its cage. The lyrics are about love, which helps you not to go crazy in a world that has gone mad.

– Today, it is important to be yourself and have someone to go through all these trials with. You have to hold on and find your footing. We need to hold the hand of our loved one as long as we are alive,” VERA commented on the song “The Night Will Pass”.

Earlier, the singer has already presented music videos for two more tracks of the album “Such We Are” and the eponymous “Thank You”, which can also be viewed on VERA’s YouTube channel. It is known that videos for other tracks from the EP, which were filmed in Kyiv’s Dobropark, will be released soon.

– There is a lot of life in this mini-album… At such a time, the most difficult thing is not to lose faith in a happy future. For the sake of this happy future, thousands of the best people give their lives. So, we have to believe in him and keep the light in our souls,” VERA added.
