Olena Zelenska talks about lower salaries for women at the UN

These measures include important items such as overcoming stereotypes and discrimination based on gender, improving legislation, and creating conditions for a more convenient combination of family and professional responsibilities.

These steps can contribute to a more just and equal society, where women and men have equal opportunities in the labor market and can develop their careers on equal terms.
