Olena Zelenska: included in the list of the 100 most influential people in the world
First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska was included in Time magazine ‘s list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2023.

When introducing Zelenskaya, US First Lady Jill Biden said this about her:
“Olena Zelenska did not expect to become a warrior for the people of Ukraine, but she responded to this challenge with boundless courage. She could have taken her family and run away. What mother would blame her? But she stays. She stays because freedom and democracy need defenders. She stays to show the world that heart and hope can make even the biggest tyrant seem small. She stays for the sake of her children – for their future and the future of all Ukrainians.”
The category of the world’s most influential people also includes US President Joe Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, The Wall Street Journal’s Evan Hershkovich, who was arrested on Putin’s orders, and others.
